Artist Photographer

My name is Ayden Scharper and I am a very amateur film photographer out of Allentown Pennsylvania. I primarily shoot with an 80’s Minolta x700 SLR with a 45mm lens and occasionally use a disposable. My primary film choices are ultra-max 400 iso and kodak Ektar 100 iso. Currently I am in 12th grade and wanted a place to post my photos which Is why I started this website.

I really enjoy the unedited nostalgic grainy feel 35mm film gives off, which Is why I choose to capture my favorite moments with film. Although expensive at times I prefer the vintage, warm feel of film over DSLR for one primary reason, Its finite exposures. I enjoy having to carefully plan out a shot, and by doing so, making it perfect. Rather than taking 1000 edited digital shots. I got like a bunch of neat photo pairings so check it out!
